AN AuDIENCE DISCUSSION, FACILITATED BY JESSIE FORD
Join us for the Monday, Sep. 18th performance of The Rape of the Sabine Women, by Grace B. Matthias for an audience discussion to process reactions to the play and discuss where how we move forward as a society, facilitated by Jessie Ford.
Jessie Ford is a PhD candidate in Sociology at New York University. Her interests include gender, sexuality and public health. Jessie has spent a great deal of time talking with young adults about gender and sexuality in interviews for her dissertation, as well as panel discussions, and high school and college courses. Prior to starting her PhD, Jessie worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on projects and programs related to sexual health, sexual violence and reproductive health.
